【Regarding Gifts for Artists】

Please note that we are unable to accept celebratory flowers, dressing room flowers, gifts, food and beverages, or letters for the Artists due to storage, safety, and transportation concerns. Kindly understand that we will not be able to receive them even if brought on the day of the event. Thank you for your cooperation.
출연자에 대한 화환/선물/편지는 보관 및 안전성, 운반의 관점에서 수령하지 않습니다. 당일 가지고 오셔도 접수가 불가하오니 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
出于保管、安全性及搬运等方面的考虑，不接收送给演出人员的祝贺花篮/后台花束/礼品/慰问品/信件等物品。活动当天请勿携带此类物品，敬请谅解。

【Prohibition of Photography and Recording】
【촬영, 녹음 행위의 금지】
【禁止拍摄・录音行为】
Photography and recording are strictly prohibited except by authorized staff. Any attempts to capture photos, audio, or video using mobile phones, digital cameras, IC recorders, or other devices will result in immediate deletion of the data and removal from the venue. We kindly ask for your full cooperation in refraining from such actions. An exception applies only during the designated Photo Time, details of which are provided in a separate section.
공연 주최측이 인정한 스탭 외에 의한 촬영/녹음은 엄격히 금지합니다. 관람객에 의한 휴대 전화/디지털 카메라/IC 레코더등을 사용한 촬영/녹음 행위는 발견 즉시 데이터 삭제와 퇴출조치 됨으로, 유의 부탁드립니다. 
除主办方许可的工作人员外，严禁任何拍摄/录音行为。观众若使用手机、数码相机、录音笔等进行拍摄或录音，一经发现将立即清除数据并要求离场，请务必遵守。

【Regarding Forgotten or Lost Tickets】

【关于忘带・遗失门票】
Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or forgetting to bring them on the day of the event. Please note that proof of purchase, such as a receipt or issuance confirmation, will not grant you entry. Please handle your tickets with the utmost care.

관람객의 과실로 인해 티켓을 잊으시거나 분실하신 경우은 어떠한 이유로도 티켓 재발급은 접수 불가합니다. 또한, 관람객이 티켓을 구입한 증명(발권 증명이나 영수증)을 가지고 오셔도 입장할 수 없으므로 티켓 취급에 관해서는 각별히 유의 부탁드립니다.
因观众自身过失导致遗失门票，或当日忘记携带门票，无论任何理由，均不予补发。即使持有购票凭证（出票证明、收据等）也无法入场。请妥善保管好您的门票。

Please refrain from waiting for artists outside the venue before the doors open or after the show ends, as this may cause inconvenience to local residents and the venue.

대기/출대기는 공연장 부근의 주민분 및 공연장측에 큰 폐가 되므로, 절대로 하지 마시기 부탁드립니다.
为避免给会场周边居民及会场方造成困扰，严禁在会场附近等候演出人员进出场。

You may still be admitted to the venue even if you arrive after the performance has begun.

개연 시간에 늦는 경우에도 입장 가능합니다.

Re-entry is generally not permitted. Please follow the instructions of the venue staff. In addition, moving to a different seat during the performance is strictly prohibited, as it may cause inconvenience to other attendees.

재입장에 관해서는 기본적으로 인정하지 않습니다.현장 스탭의 지시에 따라 주십시오. 또한 공연 중 자리 이동은 다른 관람객에게 큰 폐가 되므로,절대로 하지 마시기 부탁드립니다.
原则上谢绝再次入场，请遵从会场工作人员的指示。此外，演出中擅自更换座位会对其他观众造成困扰，请不要做此类行为。

【其他注意事项】
• Alcohol will not be sold inside the venue. Attending the event under the influence of alcohol or consuming alcoholic beverages within the venue is strictly prohibited.
• The organizer, venue, and artists assume no responsibility for accidents, theft, or other incidents that may occur inside or outside the venue. Please manage your valuables carefully. If you fail to comply with rules and guidelines set by the organizer, or if disruptive behavior affecting other attendees is observed, you may be denied entry or asked to leave. In such cases, tickets will not be refunded.
• Tickets cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded after purchase.
• Inquiries regarding seating cannot be accommodated.
• Opening and performance times, as well as artists, are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that refunds for tickets, transportation, or related costs will not be provided.
• The performance may be delayed, altered, postponed, or canceled due to weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. 
・공연장 내 알코올 판매는 없습니다. 알코올 음료를 섭취한 후의 방문, 또는 공연장에 들어간 후의 섭취는 금지합니다.
・공연장 내/외에서 발생한 사고/도난 등에 관해서는 주최자/공연장/출연자는 일절 책임지지 않습니다. 귀중품은 각자 관리 부탁드립니다. 그 외 주최자가 요청하는 가이드라인에 위반하는 경우, 또한 다른 관람객에 대한 민폐 행위 등이 발견된 경우에는, 입장을 거부하거나 퇴장조치가 될 경우가 있습니다. 그 때 티켓은 환불하지 않으니 유의 부탁드립니다.
・티켓 구매 후에는 변경, 취소, 환불이 불가합니다.
・좌석에 대한 문의에는 답변을 드릴 수 없습니다.
・개장 및 공연시간, 출연자는 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다. 그에 따른 티켓값·교통비 등의 환불은 하지 않으니 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
・날씨·재해 등의 사정으로 공연시간·공연내용의 변경, 연기 또는 중지가 될 경우가 있습니다. 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
・会场内不出售酒精饮品。禁止饮酒后入场，也禁止入场后饮酒。 
・会场内外发生的事故、盗窃等情况，主办方/会场/演出者概不承担责任。贵重物品请自行妥善保管。如未遵守主办方规定或对其他观众造成困扰，将可能被拒绝入场或要求离场，且门票不予退还。 
・购票后不得更改、取消或退款。 
・关于座位的咨询，恕不予回答。 　
・开场/开演时间及演出者可能因故进行更改调整，由此产生的门票费用、交通费用等概不退还，敬请谅解。 
・因天气、灾害等各种原因，可能会变更演出时间及内容，延期或取消演出，敬请谅解。
