As a special interactive event for attendees, we are pleased to provide details of the special event “Send-off,” which will take place after the evening performances on September 20th and 21st, featuring the participating artists.
관람객 참가형의 특별 기획으로 20일·21일의 밤 공연 종료 후에 실시 예정인, 출연 아티스트를 의한 「배웅회」에 관한 상세 정보를 알려 드립니다.

①　A participation lottery ticket will be distributed upon entry to each performance.
② Open your ticket, and if it says “Winner,” you will be eligible to join the Send-off Event.
③ If you are a winner, please remain seated until further instructions are given.
④ After the performance, please follow the announcements provided at the venue and move to the designated area.
(For guests attending the daytime show on the 21st, you will be asked to temporarily exit the venue.)

⑤ Audiences who won the first performance on the 21st should bring the winning ticket to the front of the entrance (2nd floor) at 20:30. Please note that if you come after 21:00, you will not be able to participate in the send-off event.
⑥ Please understand that we will conduct a baggage inspection just before attending the send-off event.
① 각 회차 입장 시 참가 추첨권을 배부합니다.
② 가지고 계신 참가 추첨권을 개봉하여 「당첨」이 있으면 배웅회에 참가하실 수 있습니다.
③ 당첨되신 분은 안내가 있을 때까지 자석에서 기다려 주시기 바랍니다.
④ 안내방송에 따라 종연후에 정해진 장소로 이동 부탁드립니다. (21일 낮 공연 관람객 중 당첨되신 분은 일시 퇴장해 주시기 부탁드립니다.)

⑤ 21일 1회차 공연에서 당첨되신 관객분께서는 20:30에 입장 출입구 앞(2층)에 당첨권을 자참하시고 와주시기 바랍니다. 21:00 이후에 오신 경우에는 배웅회참가가 불가해지니 유의 바랍니다.
⑥ 배웅회 참석 직전에 수하물 검사를 실시할 예정이오니 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.

③　中选观众请在座位上等候通知。 
④　请按照当日会场广播提示，在演出结束后前往指定地点（参加21日日场公演的观众需暂时退场）

⑤ 在21日的首场演出中,中奖的观众请在20:30携带中奖券到入口前(2楼)。 21:00以后来的话,不能参加欢送会,敬请注意。
⑥ 在参加送行会之前,将进行行李检查,请谅解。

•On the 21st, due to operational reasons and preparation for the evening show, the Send-off Event will only take place after the evening performance. Please note that it will not take place after the daytime performance.
•The lottery tickets distributed at the daytime performance on the 21st will also be valid for the Send-off Event held after the evening performance.
·참가 추첨권의 배부 종료는 각 공연이 종료될 때까지입니다.
·21일은 밤 공연 준비 등 공연 운영 사정상 배웅회 실시는 밤 공연 종연 후에만으로 하며, 낮 공연 종연 후에는 실시하지 않으니 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
·21일 낮 공연 때 배부되는 추첨권도 밤 공연 후 실시하는 배웅회 추첨권으로 해당 됩니다.
・抽选券的发放将持续至每场演出结束。
・因21日需要准备晚场公演，欢送会仅于晚场公演结束后举行。日场结束后不设欢送会，敬请谅解。
・21日日场演出时发放的抽选券，将用于晚场演出后举办的欢送会抽选。

【Regarding Parental/Guardian Accompaniment】
【보호자 동반에 관하여】
【关于监护人陪同事宜】
“Accompaniment” = A guardian may enter the booth or event space together with the winning child, but may not participate in the event activity.
“Escort” = A guardian may accompany the child up to the entrance of the booth or event space.
• Accompaniment is limited to preschool children. For school-age children who may require special assistance, please contact us in advance.
• If a guardian does not hold a participation ticket, they may generally accompany the child up to the reception/queue area. However, as a general rule, only the participating child will be allowed to enter the event space itself. Please consult with nearby staff if special assistance is required.
• For preschool children (including infants), if accompaniment inside the event space is necessary, one guardian may enter. If the guardian does not hold a lottery ticket, participation will be limited to the child only (one ticket required per child).
• Guardians/escorts are requested to ensure that the child is able to participate properly.
• As there will be many guests both inside and around the venue, if the a guardian escorts the child to the venue and then separates to act independently, please make sure to exchange contact information and confirm a meeting point in advance.
Please note that the organizer will not be held responsible for any accidents that may occur if such precautions are not taken.
• If a guardian is the lottery winner and wishes to bring their child along, the child must be a preschooler.
동반=자식와 함께 실시 장소내에 당첨자와 함께 동행할 수 있습니다(배웅회에는 참가 불가)
·동행=실시장소 바로 앞까지만 동행 가능.
·동반은 미취학 아동을 대상으로 합니다. 취학자 중 필요하신 경우 문의 바랍니다.
·부모님께서 참가권이 없으신 경우 부모님께서는 원칙적으로 접수·참여 줄까지는 동행이 가능하나, 원칙적으로 행사를 진행하는 공간에는 참여하시는 자식만 입장해 주시기 바랍니다.
만약 동반이 필요한 상황이 있으면 행사 스태프에게 문의해 주십시오.
·미취학아동(영유아) 등 동행자의 동반이 필요한 경우 실시공간 내까지 동반 한명만 참여 가능합니다. 또, 동반자가 참가 추첨권을 가지고 있지 않은 경우는 어린이만(1명당 참가권 1매 필요)참가 가능합니다.
·동행·동반자분께서는 자지 자식님께서 수월하게 참여할 수 있도록 협조 부탁드립니다.
·공연장 내,공연장 주변에는 많은 관객분들이 계십니다.공연장 내, 공연장 주변까지 동행하시고 현지에서 따로 행동하실 때는, 반드시 쌍방의 연락처를 공유, 또는 약속 장소를 확인한 후에 참가해 주시기 부탁드립니다.
아울러 상기 사항을 확인 안 한 상태로 사고 등이 발생했을 때는 주최측은 일절 책임지지 않으므로 미리 양해 바랍니다.
·보호자가 당첨되어 자식분과 함께 참여하고 싶으신 경우에는 자식분께서가 미취학 아동에 한하여 가능하오니 미리 양해 바랍니다.
陪同：指监护人可与孩子一同进入展位或活动场所（但不可参与活动内容）
同行：指监护人可陪同至展位或活动场所的入口处
・陪同对象仅限学龄前儿童。如已入学儿童有需要，请咨询相关部门。 
・如监护人未持有参与券，原则上可陪同至签到处及参与队列，但进入活动场所时，仅限持有参与券的儿童本人入内。 
如有特殊情况需要陪同，请就近咨询会场工作人员。
・学龄前儿童（包括婴幼儿）等如需陪同，最多可由1名陪同者一同进入活动区域。但若陪同者未持有参与抽选券，则仅限儿童本人参加（每人需持有1张参与券）。 
・请同行・陪同人员确保儿童能够顺利参加活动。 
・由于会场内外人员密集，陪同至会场或会场周边后，如需分开行动，请务必事先互相交换联系方式或确认集合地点后再行参与。 
如未进行上述确认而导致意外事故发生，主办方概不负责，敬请谅解。 
・若监护人中选并希望携带儿童参加，仅限学龄前儿童。

【Participation for Guests with Physical Disabilities】

Guests with physical disabilities are kindly requested to notify staff after winning the lottery. Separate guidance regarding participation in the Send-off Event will then be provided.
・This support is available only for those who are unable to queue in the participation line due to physical reasons.
・In cases where the organizers cannot determine eligibility, you may be asked to provide appropriate documentation for verification.
신체가 불편하신 관람객에 대해서는 당첨 후 신고해 주시기 바랍니다.참석에 관해 별도로 안내해 드리겠습니다.
※참가열에 설 수 없는 이유 등이 있으신 경우에만 대응하겠습니다.
※ 운영측이 판단할 수 없는 경우는, 합당한 판단을 할 수 있는 증거물 등의 제출을 요청할 경우도 있으니 미리 양해 바랍니다.
行动不便的观众请在中选后与我们联系，我们将另行安排参加欢送会的相关事宜。
※仅限因身体原因无法正常排队参加的情况 
※若主办方无法作出判断，可能需要提供相关证明文件，以便确认情况。

• Requests for changes or specific preferences regarding guidance times cannot be accepted. 
• Please ensure that you allow sufficient time in your schedule to participate in this event. Changes to participation time due to personal circumstances cannot be accommodated.
• Participation with multiple person at once is generally not permitted.
• Guests wearing full-face coverings (such as masks and helmets) will not be allowed to participate. Staff may instruct you to remove such items for identity verification.
• Inappropriate language, inappropriate attire, or any behavior deemed unsuitable by event staff may result in denial of participation.
• After guidance has been given, transferring or exchanging participation rights is strictly prohibited.
• Lottery tickets for winners may not be transferred or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Please note that the organizers will not be involved in resolving disputes between guests.
• We will check your baggage just before the send off event on the day. Please understand in advance.
• You are not allowed to hand-deliver presents or contact them at the send off events.

• Even if you win both the daytime and evening performances on the 21st, you will only participate in the send off event once.

• After the send off event starts, you will not be allowed to re-enter in any case.

※ 본 행사는 시간적 여유를 가지고 참가해 주세요. 관람객 사정에 의한 참여 시간 변경은 불가합니다.
※배웅회에는 기본 여러명으로 참가하는 것은 불가합니다.
※ 덮은 옷(풀 페이스)으로는 참가할 수 없습니다. 본인확인시에 현장 스태르도 지시를 할 예정입니다만, 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
※부적절한 발언, 부적절한 복장, 기타 행위에 인하여 운영진의 판단으로 참가를 거절하는 경우도 있으니 미리 이해하시고 참여해 주시기 바랍니다.
※ 안내 후 참가 권리의 교환이나 양도 등은 금지합니다.미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 당첨 후 참가 추첨권은 교환 및 양도하는 행위는 금지합니다.
관람객간에서 발생한 문제,사고에 관해서는 운영측에서는 일절 관여하지 않으니 미리 양해 바랍니다.
※ 당일, 배웅회 직전에 수하물 체크를 실시하겠습니다. 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 배웅회에서는 아티스트에 대한 선물의 전달, 접촉 행위는 엄격히 금지합니다.

※ 21일의 낮 공연·밤 공연 모두 당첨 되신 경우도 배웅회 참가는 1회에 한하여 가능하오니 미리 양해 부탁드립니다.
※ 배웅회 개시 후에는, 어떠한 경우도 재입장이 불가합니다.

※请预留充足时间参加本次活动。不受理因个人原因导致参加时间的更改。 
※原则上各场活动不可多人同时参与。
※不可佩戴头套（全脸遮挡物）参加。工作人员在核实身份时也会予以提醒，敬请谅解。 
※如有不当言行、不当着装，或经工作人员判断不适合参与活动，可能会被拒绝参加，敬请理解。 
※通知后禁止交换或转让参与资格，敬请谅解。
※中选后禁止交换或转让抽选券。
关于观众之间的纠纷，主办方不予介入，敬请谅解。
※当天，在欢送会之前，我们会进行行李检查。请提前谅解。
※送行会上禁止送礼、接触行为。

​※21日白天演出、晚上演出全部中奖时，也只能参加1次送行会。
※欢送会开始后，在任何情况下都不能再次入场。
